Recently on a Retreat weekend , i commented to one of the the other women that i couldnt visualize and that i felt it hindered my Reiki and Meditation, she instantly asked me several questions regarding my home and i described them perfectly. There you go you just visualized !!

Now my mind runs riot and it really is fun especially when someone tells you a funny story.

Often we believe we cannot do something as we just don't have faith in ourselves.
