As a General Manager of a family owned business, mother and grandmother  i am very aware of the stresses and strains of everyday life.

 

My life journey has taken a turn and i now find myself submerged in therapies that not only make me feel physically good but also mentally and spiritually.

 

I live my life full of gratitude and i feel very blessed to be able to follow a path that allows me to give that gift to others.
